This site has two sections with different relationships to AI.
Main blog
The reflective essays on the main blog are written by me. I draft on paper, dictate the text, then use AI for grammar, typos, and a light review pass. AI does not rewrite my ideas. I reject suggestions that would change my voice.

Devlog
The devlog is different. It is AI-assisted by design, like a rubber duck that remembers things. I capture what I am learning, trying, or breaking in the moment. Less polish, more velocity. The pilot post explains why I started it.
That is the split. Essays here are mine. Notes there are faster and more AI in the loop.
